Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill's September traffic citations for careless driving and seatbelt violations have been dismissed, after Miami-Dade police officers failed to appear at a court hearing on Monday.
The incident occurred on Sept. 8 outside Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Fla., when Hill was pulled over before the Dolphins' season opener, resulting in him being forcibly removed from his vehicle and handcuffed on the ground.
